体教融合背景下江苏省青少年排球后备人才培养研究

摘　　要：为贯彻落实体教融合的政策导向,促进青少年在文化学习与体育锻炼方面的平衡发展,该研究采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和访谈法,对江苏省青少年排球后备人才培养的现状进行了深入分析与评估。研究结果显示,江苏省在青少年排球后备人才培养方面已取得了显著成就,但仍面临一系列挑战,具体包括师资力量匮乏、训练基础设施陈旧以及人才选拔体系不尽合理。针对上述挑战,该研究提出以下改进措施:加强师资队伍建设、优化升级训练基础设施、完善人才选拔机制,以期进一步推动江苏省青少年排球后备人才培养工作的持续发展。In order to implement the policy orientation of integration of sports and education,and to promote the balanced development of youth in cultural learning and physical exercise,the current situation of youth volleyball reserve training in Jiangsu Province was analyzed and evaluated by using methods of literature review,questionnaire and interview.The research found that Jiangsu Province has made remarkable achievements in the training of youth volleyball reserves,it still faces a series of challenges:insufficient teachers,backward training infrastructure,and irrational talent selection system.In response to these above challenges,the following improvement measures are proposed:strengthening the construction of teachers,optimizing the training infrastructure,and improving the talent selection system,with a view to further promoting the the sustainable development of the cultivation of youth volleyball reserves in Jiangsu Province.
