体教融合背景下普洱市小篮球联赛发展策略研究

摘　　要：该文以体教融合政策为背景,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、实地考察法和数理统计法,深入剖析了普洱市小篮球联赛的发展现状及其面临的挑战,并提出了相应的优化策略。研究发现,普洱市小篮球联赛虽在赛事规模上有所扩大,但在组织管理、教练员与裁判员素质、赛事宣传、运动员训练及家长支持度等方面仍存在不足。为此,该文提出加强赛事组织管理、优化教练员与裁判员培训、拓宽赛事宣传渠道、提高运动员训练质量以及增强家长教育与支持等策略,以推动普洱市小篮球联赛全面健康发展,提升青少年篮球运动普及率和竞技水平,为我国篮球运动长远发展奠定坚实基础。Taking the policy of integration of sports and education as the background,this article uses methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,interview,field investigation,and statistical analysis to deeply analyze the current situation,challenges faced by Pu'er City Youth Basketball League,and proposes corresponding optimization strategies.The research found that although the scale of Pu'er City Small Basketball League has expanded,there are still shortcomings in the aspects of organization and management,coach and referee qualification,event publicity,athlete training,and parent support.Therefore,this article proposes strategies such as strengthening event organization and management,optimizing coach and referee training,expanding event publicity channels,improving athlete training quality,and enhancing parent education and support to promote the comprehensive and healthy development of Pu'er City Youth Basketball League,enhance the popularity and competitive level of youth basketball in Pu'er City,and lay a solid foundation for the long-term development of China's basketball.
