新时代专业运动员退役转型问题研究——以广东省为例

摘　　要：目的:通过对广东省4名退役运动员进行深度访谈,分析新时代专业运动员退役转型过程中面临的问题与困境,并探索相应的解决策略和路径,以期提升其转型成功率。方法:主要采用一对一深度访谈方式,对部分对象采用线上采访。访谈过程中,根据需要层层深入并适时调整,并在研究对象同意的情况下进行录音和访谈笔记的记录。数据分析方面,运用质性研究方法,借助Nvivo 20软件对访谈笔记进行编码与分析。结果:新时代专业运动员在转型阶段面临的主要问题包括就业保障政策的不完善、角色转换与适应性较差、个人能力存在明显的短板。解决方案主要包括破除部门壁垒,构建完善的保障体系;优化职业技能培训课程;充分发挥运动员的优势,增强自我竞争力。结论:通过建立健全运动员就业保障制度,构建多元化的保障体系,为退役运动员的转型提供有力支持;运动员应主动进行角色转换,充分利用个人优势,弥补不足,以在新的岗位上发挥自身优势。Objective:By conducting in-depth interviews with 4 retired athletes in Guangdong Province,this paper analyzed the problems and dilemmas faced by professional athletes in the process of retirement transformation into new roles in the new era,and explored corresponding solutions and pathways to enhance their transformation success rate.Methods:The main method used is one-on-one in-depth interviews,with some participants being online interviews.During the interviews,in-depth and timely adjustments were made according to the needs,recordings and interview notes were recorded with the consent of the research subjects.In terms of data analysis,qualitative research methods were employed,and the NVivo 20 software was used to encode and analyze the interview notes.Results:The main problems faced by professional athletes in the transformation stage include:the imperfectness of employment security policies,poor role conversion and adaptability,and significant shortcomings in personal abilities.The main solutions include:Break down departmental barriers to build a comprehensive security system;Optimize vocational skill training courses;Fully leverage the advantages of athletes to enhance self-competitiveness.Conclusion:By establishing and improving the employment security system for athletes,and building a diversified security system,strong support is provided for retired athletes'transformation.Athletes should actively undergo role transformation,fully utilize their personal strengths,make up for deficiencies,and give full play to their advantages in new positions.
