摘 要:全面发展理念是学校教育与人才培养质量、教学工作部署、各科关系定位“紧密相关”的重要议题。在学校体育领域,全面发展既是规范政策方针、规范“体育教学”的发展路线及学科定位,同时也作为课程理念不断调适体育教学的工作重心与目标框架,是影响体育教学模式的行动策略与施教思路的关键理念。体育教师应从教学内容、教学形式、保障机制等层面入手,探究体育教学问题,提出科学合理的教学模式创新策略,助推学生身心健康发展。The concept of comprehensive development is an important issue closely related to the quality of school education and talent cultivation,teaching work deployment,and the positioning of various subject relationships.In the field of school physical education,comprehensive development is not only the development route and subject positioning of standardizing policy guidelines and“physical education teaching”,but also the key concept of continuously adjusting the focus and goal framework of physical education teaching as a curriculum concept.It is the key idea that affects the action strategy and teaching philosophy of the physical education teaching model.Physical education teachers should start from the aspects of teaching content,teaching form,and guarantee mechanism,explore physical education teaching problems,propose scientific and reasonable teaching model innovation strategies,and promote the physical and mental health development of students.
