人际语用学视角下大学英语教学中的师生关系分析

摘  要:人际关系研究的最新理论是Spencer-Oatey提出的“和谐管理理论”,其核心概念包括面子管理、社交权管理、交往目的管理三个方面。本研究以此为理论指导,以外研社“教学之星”大赛决赛的部分教学视频作为研究语料,探讨大学英语教师作为交际主体,在课堂语境下如何通过语言选择关照学生面子,通过课堂互动建构平等的师生关系,通过创设语境力争达成讲授目的,从而建构和谐的师生关系。此项研究旨在帮助大学英语教师反思和完善课堂语境下与学生的交际过程,提高语用意识和语用能力,管理好教师和学生之间在课堂语境下的人际关系。The latest theory of interpersonal relationship research is“Rapport Management Theory”proposed by Spencer-Oatey,whose core concepts include face management,social right management and communication purpose management.Guided by this theory and combining with some teaching videos of FLTRP's“Teaching Star”competition final as the research material,this study explores how college English teachers take the initiative to build a harmonious teacher-student relationship.It shows that English teachers pay attention to language selection in classroom context to take care of students’face,build an equal relationship through classroom interaction,and strive to achieve the purpose of teaching by creating context.The purpose of this study is to help college English teachers reflect on the communication process with students in classroom context,so as to develop pragmatic awareness,improve pragmatic competence,and build a harmonious teacherstudent relationship.
