摘　　要：目的探讨CO_(2)点阵激光联合盆底磁电治疗女性轻中度压力性尿失禁(SUI)的临床治疗效果。方法选取门诊110例SUI患者,随机分为3组,盆底磁电治疗组40例(对照组1)、CO_(2)点阵激光治疗组35例(对照2组)及CO_(2)点阵激光联合对照1组35例(观察组)。采用尿失禁影响问卷简表(IIQ-7)和盆腔器官脱垂-尿失禁性生活问卷简表(PISQ-12)对3组患者在接受治疗前后的主观疗效进行评价;采用1 h尿垫试验、Glazer评估及阴道健康指数评分表对3组患者在接受治疗前后的客观疗效进行评价。结果3组患者治疗均有效,治疗后PISQ-12、IIQ-7评分、阴道健康指数评分、1 h尿垫试验及Glazer评估均较治疗前得到改善(P<0.05);与对照1组、对照2组比较,CO_(2)点阵激光联合磁电治疗组效果增加更显著(P<0.05)。结论CO_(2)点阵激光联合盆底磁电治疗轻中度女性SUI具有更好的临床疗效,是一种有效的非手术治疗方法。Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of CO_(2) fractional laser combined with pelvic floor magneto-electricity in the treatment of mild to moderate SUI in women.Methods 110 SUI patients in outpatient clinic were selected and randomly divided into three groups,40 cases in pelvic floor magnetoelectricity treatment group(control group),35 cases in CO_(2) fractional laser treatment group(control group)and 35 cases in CO_(2) fractional laser combined with pelvic floor magnetoelectricity treatment group(experimental group).The subjective efficacy of the three groups of patients before and after receiving treatment was evaluated using the Incontinence Impact Questionnaire Short Form(IIQ-7)and the Pelvic Organ Prolapse-Incontinence Sexuality Questionnaire Short Form(PISQ-12);the objective efficacy of the three groups of patients before and after receiving treatment was evaluated using the 1-hour urinary pad test,the Glazer assessment,and the Vaginal Health Index Score Scale.Results The treatment was effective in all three groups,and the PISQ-12,IIQ-7 scores,vaginal health index scores,1-hour urine pad test,and Glazer assessment improved after treatment compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);compared with the pelvic floor magneto-electricity treatment group and the CO_(2) fractional laser treatment group,the effect of the CO_(2) fractional laser combined with magneto-electricity treatment group increased more significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion CO_(2) fractional laser combined with pelvic floor magneto-electricity treatment for mild to moderate female SUI has better clinical efficacy and is an effective non-surgical treatment.
