摘　　要：数字技术的更新迭代提高了医疗机构内部资源信息的集成和交互效率,为传统护理质量管理环境中的“数据孤岛”、沟通不畅等问题提供了解决方案。该文基于价值共创理论,从数字赋能护理质量管理的相关概念及内涵、实现路径、具体应用及效果,以及潜在的风险与挑战等方面进行综述,并提出相关建议,以期为医护人员了解护理质量管理的数字化转型及探索未来可发展的方向提供参考。The iterative advancement of digital technology has enhanced the integration and interaction efficiency of resource information within healthcare institutions,providing solutions to issues such as data silos and poor communication prevalent in traditional nursing quality management settings.This paper reviews the digital empowerment of nursing quality management based on the Value Co-Creation theory and expounds the conceptual connotation of digital empowerment,the path of realization,the specific application and effect,and the potential risks and challenges,to provide references for healthcare professionals to understand the digital transformation of nursing quality management as well as to explore the directions that can be developed in the future.
