视神经脊髓炎谱系疾病极后区综合征并发呼吸抑制患者的护理

摘　　要：报告1例罕见的视神经脊髓炎谱系疾病极后区综合征并发呼吸抑制患者的护理体会。针对该患者中枢性呼吸抑制、顽固性呃逆呕吐、营养失调、电解质紊乱、焦虑失眠等问题,进行全面的症状管理,包括呼吸抑制的早期发现和机械通气、顽固性呃逆呕吐的对症护理、焦虑与失眠护理,以及大剂量皮质激素的用药护理。患者住院第16天转出ICU,第36天康复出院。To summarize the nursing care of a patient with a rare area postrema syndrome of neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders,combined with respiratory depression.Given the patient’s central respiratory depression,intractable hiccup and vomit,nutritional disorders,electrolyte disorders,anxiety and insomnia,and other problems,comprehensive symptom management was carried out,including early detection of respiratory depression and mechanical ventilation,symptomatic care for intractable hiccup and vomit,care for anxiety and insomnia,as well as medication care of high-dose corticosteroids.The patient was transferred out of the ICU on the 16th day of hospitalization and was discharged on the 36th day of hospitalization.
