复杂弥漫性颈部动静脉畸形累及气道致拔管困难患者的护理

摘　　要：总结1例前纵隔肿瘤术后并发复杂弥漫性颈部动静脉畸形患者的护理体会。针对病灶位于气道内、出血风险大、带机时间无法预估、身体和心理并发症等问题,多学科合作采取预防气道出血、栓塞剂使用后并发症监测、提高患者生存质量的心理治疗等措施,患者带机103 d成功拔除气管插管,拔管后第5天病情稳定出院,出院后随访3个月,患者状况良好。To summarize the nursing care of a patient with complex diffuse cervical arteriovenous malformation after surgery for anterior mediastinal tumors.In response to issues such as the lesion being located in the airway,high risk of bleeding,unpredictable timing of intubation,and physical and psychological complications,multidisciplinary cooperation has been implemented to prevent airway bleeding,monitor complications of embolic agent use,and provide psychological treatment to improve patient quality of life.The tracheal intubation was removed successfully after 103 days of intubation.On the 5th day after extubation,the patient’s condition was stable and discharged.The patient was followed up for 3 months,and the patient’s condition was good.
