摘 要:骨关节炎是一种全球性的退行性疾病,其发病机制涉及多种因素。我国40岁以上人群原发性骨关节炎的总体患病率高达46.3%,随着我国人口老龄化程度的不断加剧,骨关节炎的患病率也逐渐上升。因此,规范化的骨关节炎诊断及治疗对临床工作和社会发展具有重要意义。目前的诊断方法主要依赖于临床观察和影像学,缺乏有效的早期识别和治疗方法。骨关节炎发病时伴随着代谢的紊乱,利用代谢组学技术能够直观、全面监测骨关节炎代谢物水平的变化,为骨关节炎的诊断提供强大的工具和方法。代谢组学注重代谢产物之间的相互作用和整体代谢网络,应用代谢组学和全面性系统策略理解疾病过程、探讨中药的药效机制,能够为骨关节炎的诊断和治疗提供新的见解。本文总结了基于不同代谢组学常用技术在骨关节炎发病机制研究以及在中药干预中的应用,以期望为骨关节炎诊断和治疗提供帮助。Osteoarthritis(OA)is a global degenerative disease with a multifactorial pathogenesis.The overall prevalence of primary osteoarthritis in people over 40 years old in China is as high as 46.3%.With the increasing aging of our population,the prevalence of osteoarthritis is also increasing gradually.Therefore,standardized diagnosis and treatment of osteoarthritis is of great significance to clinical work and social development.Current diagnostic methods primarily rely on clinical observation and imaging techniques,lacking effective means for early identification and treatment.OA is accompanied by metabolic disruptions,and metabolomics technology can offera direct and comprehensive way to monitor changes in the levels of OA-related metabolites.It provides powerful tools and methods for OA diagnosis.Metabolomics focuses on the interactions among metabolic products and the overall metabolic network.Applying metabolomics and a comprehensive system strategy to understand the disease process and explore the pharmacological mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine can offer new insights for the diagnosis and treatment of OA.This paper summarizes the application of common metabolomics techniques in the detection of osteoarthritis and the use of traditional Chinese medicine interventions,with the hope of aiding in the diagnosis and treatment of OA.
