摘 要:2型糖尿病(type-2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)是严重威胁我国居民健康的四大类慢性疾病之一,其发生与胰岛素抵抗和胰岛β细胞受损密切相关。T2DM及其引起的相关并发症给人们带来了沉重的压力,同时也给社会带来了极大的经济负担。长链非编码RNA(long noncoding RNA,lncRNA)自被发现以来,在T2DM等代谢性疾病中一直表现出强有力的治疗效果。特别是近年来发现的母系表达基因3(maternally expressed gene 3,MEG3)在T2DM及其引起的并发症干预中表现出很好的效果,但其具体作用机制有待进一步研究。本文通过总结近年来lncRNA MEG3在T2DM及其并发症方面的作用机制,阐述lncRNA MEG3在糖尿病视网膜病变、糖尿病心肌病、糖尿病肾病、糖尿病骨质疏松以及糖尿病勃起功能障碍等方面的研究进展和最新发现,旨在为日后临床干预T2DM及其相关并发症提供新的参考。Type-2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)is one of the four major chronic diseases that seriously threaten the health of Chinese residents.Its occurrence is closely related to insulin resistance and pancreaticβ-cell damage.T2DM and its related complications have brought profound disasters to people and also brought great economic burden to society.Since its discovery,long noncoding RNA(lncRNA)has always shown a strong therapeutic effect on metabolic diseases such as T2DM.In recent years,it has been found that maternally expressed gene 3(MEG3)has shown good effect in the intervention of T2DM and its complications.However,its specific mechanism of action needs further study.This review summarizes the mechanism of action of lncRNA MEG3 in T2DM and its complications in recent years,and expounds the research progress and latest discoveries of lncRNA MEG3 in diabetic retinopathy,diabetic cardiomyopathy,diabetic kidney disease,diabetic osteoporosis and diabetic erectile dysfunction,so as to provide a new reference for future clinical intervention of T2DM and its related complications.
