摘  要:糖尿病性骨质疏松(diabetic osteoporosis,DOP)是一种糖尿病并发骨量减少、骨组织显微结构受损、骨脆性增加、易发骨折的全身性代谢性骨病。脂质运载蛋白2(lipocalin-2,LCN2)是一种主要由骨骼肌细胞分泌的新型脂肪细胞因子,参与调节多种细胞过程。LCN2不仅可通过影响血糖、血脂、代谢综合征、胰岛素抵抗等危险因素参与糖尿病的发生发展,还可通过调节铁代谢、氧化应激、炎症反应等来影响DOP的发生发展,然而LCN2影响DOP的具体机制尚不明确。本文综述了LCN2与铁死亡、氧化应激、炎症反应等DOP发病机制的相关性,旨在为深入研究DOP的发病机制、诊断及治疗提供参考。Diabetic osteoporosis(DOP)is a kind of diabetes complicated with bone loss,bone microstructure damage,osteopsathyrosis increases,prone to fracture of systemic metabolic bone disease.Lipocalin-2(LCN2)is a novel adipokine mainly secreted by skeletal muscle cells,which participates in the regulation of various cellular processes.LCN2 not only influences the blood sugar,blood fat,insulin resistance,and metabolic syndrome risk factors such as participation in the development of diabetes but also influences the development of DOP through the regulation of iron metabolism,oxidative stress,inflammatory reaction.However,the specific mechanism of LCN2 affects DOP is unclear.This paper reviews the correlation between LCN2 and the pathogenesis of DOP,such as ferroptosis,oxidative stress,and inflammatory response,to provide a reference for deep studying the pathogenesis,diagnosis,and treatment of DOP.
