摘  要:白细胞介素-34(interleukin-34,IL-34)是一种新近发现的细胞因子,其在免疫调节中的作用已受到广泛关注。IL-34能与多种受体结合,包括集落刺激因子-1受体(colony-stimulating factor 1 receptor,CSF-1R)、蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶-ζ(protein-tyrosine phosphatase-ζ,PTP-ζ)、多配体蛋白聚糖1(syndecan 1,SDC1,CD138)和触发髓样细胞上表达的受体2(triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells 2,TREM2),参与多种信号通路的传导途径,影响多种生物学过程。本文从IL-34的受体和信号通路等方面介绍了IL-34在各种感染性疾病中的免疫调节作用,从而发掘IL-34在疾病严重程度监测中的潜力,并探究其成为临床治疗多种相关疾病的新靶点的可能性。Interleukin-34(IL-34)is a newly discovered cytokine whose role in immunomodulation has received much attention.IL-34 is able to bind to a variety of receptors including colony-stimulating factor 1receptor(CSF-1R),protein-tyrosine phosphatase-ζ(PTP-ζ),multiligand proteoglycan 1(syndecan 1,SDC1,CD138),and triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells 2(TREM2).It is involved in multiple signaling pathways,influencing a variety of biological processes.This paper introduces the immunomodulatory role of IL-34 in various infectious diseases in terms of its receptors and signaling pathways,thus discovering the potential of IL-34 in monitoring disease severity and exploring its potential as a new target for clinical treatment of a wide range of related diseases.
