摘 要:妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)是一种在妊娠期间出现的代谢疾病,其发展可能对母体和胎儿健康产生深远的负面影响。GDM的病理机制与炎症反应密切相关,如炎症细胞的聚集和炎性因子的分泌。近年来,许多研究揭示了非编码RNA在GDM中的异常表达及其与炎症相关机制的关系,以及作为新型生物标志物来协助临床早期诊断GDM的潜在意义。本文总结了非编码RNA与炎症相关机制参与GDM发病机制的相关研究,以期为GDM的诊断和干预提供新的思路。Gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)is a metabolic disease that occurs during pregnancy.Its development may have a profound negative impact on maternal and fetal health.The pathological mechanism of GDM is closely related to the inflammatory response,such as the aggregation of inflammatory cells and the secretion of inflammatory factors.In recent years,many studies have revealed the abnormal expression of noncoding RNA in GDM and its relationship with inflammation-related mechanisms.Additionally,there is potential significance of non-coding RNA as a new biomarker to assist in early diagnosis of GDM.This review summarizes the related research on non-coding RNA and inflammation-related mechanisms involved in the pathogenesis of GDM.The aim is to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and intervention of GDM.
