摘  要:为优选汉麻纤维联合脱胶方法中的氧化剂,采用TEMPO和4OH-TEMPO两种氧化剂分别对汉麻纤维进行氧化处理,评估处理前后汉麻纤维的失重率、分裂度、官能团、结晶度、形态结构和力学性能等理化性能差异。研究结果表明,4OH-TEMPO和TEMPO氧化后,汉麻纤维失重率分别为8.7%和5.7%,纤维强力损失率分别为29.5%和22.35%。结合FTIR图和XRD图发现,氧化后,汉麻纤维的晶型不变,强力损失差别不大。4OH-TEMPO和TEMPO氧化后汉麻纤维分裂度分别为166.41和141.17,未脱胶汉麻纤维分裂度为62.95。结合SEM图对比发现,4OH-TEMPO对汉麻纤维的氧化处理效果在纤维细度、手感和胶质去除程度方面优于TEMPO。In order to select the oxidant in the combined degumming method of hemp fibers,TEMPO and 4OH-TEMPO oxidants are used to oxidize hemp fibers separately,this experiment used TEMPO and 4OH-TEMPO oxidants to oxidize hemp fibers,and the differences in physical and chemical properties such as weight loss,splitting degree,functional groups,crystallinity,morphological structure,and mechanical properties of hemp fibers before and after treatment are evaluated.The research results show that after oxidation with 4OH-TEMPO and TEMPO,the weight loss rate of oxidized hemp fibers is 8.7%and 5.7%,respectively,and the fiber strength loss rate is 29.5%and 22.35%,respectively.Combined with FTIR and XRD images,it is found that the crystal structure of oxidized hemp fibers remains unchanged and the difference in strength loss is not significant;The splitting degree of oxidized hemp fibers after oxidation with 4OH-TEMPO and TEMPO is 166.41 and 141.17,respectively,whilr the splitting degree of undegummed hemp fibers is 62.95.Combined with SEM images,it is found that the oxidation treatment effect of 4OH-TEMPO on hemp fibers is better than that of TEMPO in terms of fiber fineness,hand feel,and resin removal.
