摘  要:为研究织物厚度及加压方式对蓄热系数检测结果的影响,选取了10种不同纤维成分、厚度及面密度的织物,测试蓄热系数并得出相应规律。结果表明:织物单层厚度超过1 mm后,单层测量与多层测量结果相对稳定;织物单层厚度未达到1 mm时,蓄热系数随层数叠加的变化越来越小,结果趋于稳定。建议再增加织物的层数,蓄热系数变化率不超过5%时,无需继续增加层数。采用砝码加压方式比采用加载装置加压测得的蓄热系数略大,接触冷感上升。蓄热系数越大,两种加压方式测得结果的差别越小。从操作的方便性及准确性角度来讲,建议采用砝码加压的方式。To study the influence of fabric thickness and pressurization method on the testing results of thermal effusivit,10 fabrics with different fiber compositions,thicknesses,and weights are selected to test the thermal effusivity.The results indicate that when the thickness of single-layer fabric exceeds 1 mm,the results of single-layer and multi-layer measurements are relatively stable.When the thickness of single-layer fabric does not reach 1 mm,the variation of thermal effusivity becomes smaller as the number of layers is stacked,and the result tends to be stable.Therefore,it is recommended that when the number of layers of the fabric increases and the rate of change in its thermal effusivity does not exceed 5%,it can be considered that there is no need to increase the number of layers.The thermal effusivity measured with a weight pressurization method is slightly larger than that measured with a loading device,resulting in an increase in the contact cold sensation of textiles.The larger the thermal effusivity of the fabric is,the smaller the difference in the results of the two pressurization methods is.From the perspective of convenience and accuracy of operation,it is recommended to use the weight pressurization method.
