摘  要:针对大多数光致变色染料对纤维的亲和力不高,并且对染色条件的作用较敏感,易受温度、溶剂、pH值、光照等因素的影响,存在耐光色牢度差、强度差、不可逆变色等问题,导致光致变色纺织面料美观性差,使用寿命短。使用浸渍法制备光致变色棉织物,探讨染色温度、溶剂种类对光致变色棉织物性能的影响。结果表明:30℃时,以乙醇作为溶剂染色上染率高,染色效果好,变色及显色效果最佳;光致变色整理前后棉织物性能,如厚度、顶破强力、透气性等无明显变化。In response to the low affinity of most photochromic dyes to fibers and their sensitivity to dyeing conditions such as temperature,solvents,pH,and light,there are problems with poor light fastness,low strength,and irreversible discoloration,resulting in poor aesthetics and short service life of photochromic fabrics.The impregnation method is used to prepare photochromic cotton fabric,and the effects of dyeing temperature and solvent types on the properties of photochromic cotton fabric are explored.The results show that immersion dyeing at 30℃with ethanol as a solvent has a high dye uptake rate,good dyeing effect,and the good color change and rendering effect.There is no significant change in the properties of cotton fabric before and after photochromic finish,such as thickness,bursting strength,and breathability.
