摘  要:为探讨聚酰亚胺纤维混纺纱的纺纱工艺,选取聚酰亚胺纤维(PI)、涤纶(T)及PE-PET皮芯型纤维(ES)为原料,纺制18.5 tex PI/T/ES 40/35/25混纺机织用纱。根据聚酰亚胺纤维、涤纶及PE-PET皮芯型纤维的性能特点,设计环锭纺纱各工序的工艺参数,以纱线强伸性、外观质量作为评价指标,分别利用单因子试验法、正交试验法及灰色聚类决策分析法对聚酰亚胺混纺纱的纺纱工艺参数进行分析与优化。结果表明:在头道并条根数为6根,二道并合根数为4根,细纱后区牵伸倍数为1.30倍,细纱捻系数为335时,混纺纱线的综合性能最佳。To explore the spinning process of polyimide fiber blended yarn,polyimide fiber(PI),polyester(T),and PE-PET core-type fiber(ES)are selected as raw materials to spin 18.5 tex PI/T/ES 40/35/25 blended yarn.Based on the performance characteristics of polyimide fibers,polyester,and PE-PET core-type fibers,process parameters for each process of ring spinning are designed.The spinning process parameters of polyimide blended yarn are analyzed and optimized by single factor experiments,orthogonal experiments and grey clustering decision analysis with yarn strength and elongation and appearance quality as evaluation indexes.The results show that the comprehensive performance of the yarn is the best when the number of the first drawing is 6,the number of the second drawing is 4,the drafting ratio of the spun yarn is 1.30 and the twist coefficient of the spun yarn is 335.
