热反射功能织物保温性能测试及研究

摘　　要：研究了织物保温性试验机结构原理,进行了适应热反射织物功能测试的改造,在不影响仪器原有结构和功能的条件下,赋予了测试设备测试织物热反射性能的功能。通过对几种代表性织物在测试机改造前后的测试数据进行分析,建立了织物热反射保温效果的评价指标。The structural principle of fabric insulation testing machine is studied and a modification is made to adapt to the functional testing of heat-reflecting fabrics.The testing machine can test the thermal reflection performance of fabric without affecting the original structure and function of the instrument.By analyzing the test data of several representative fabrics before and after the modification of the testing machine,an evaluation index of the thermal reflection insulation effect of the fabrics is established.
