中国制造儿童睡衣美标燃烧合规现状分析

摘　　要：对美国消费品安全委员会(CPSC)近5年发布的儿童睡衣召回情况,“中国制造”儿童睡衣召回占比率高,以及目前市场上“中国制造”的儿童睡衣美标燃烧合规现状进行了数据分析。对比分析了我国儿童纺织品强制标准GB 31701―2015《婴幼儿及儿童纺织产品安全技术规范》,美国儿童睡衣燃烧标准法规16 CFR part 1615《Standard for the Flammability of Children’s Sleepwear:Size 0 through 6X》和16 CFR part 1616《Standard for the Flammability of Children’s Sleepwear:Size 7 through 14》和美国服用纺织品燃烧法规16 CFR part 1610的测试参数和评价要求的差异,并进行了实物燃烧对比测试,从纤维成分、织物单位面积质量、织物结构、织物表面状态和后整理5个方面对儿童睡衣燃烧结果的影响因素进行了详细分析。最后,从款式设计、阻燃改进处理和合规宣称方面,对我国制造的儿童睡衣美标燃烧合规提出了改进建议。The recall status of children’s pajamas issued by the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission(CPSC)in the past 5 years,the high proportion of“Made in China”children’s pajamas recalled,and the current combustion compliance status of“Made in China”children’s pajamas on the market are analyzed.After comparing and analyzing the testing parameters and evaluation requirements of the Chinese children’s textile standard GB 31710—2015,the American children's pajama flammability regulations 16 CFR part 1615/1616,and the American textile flammability regulations 16 CFR part 1610,and conducting physical burning comparisons,the influencing factors of children’s pajamas’s burning results from five aspects of fiber composition,unit area mass of fabric,weaving structure,surface state of fabric,and finishing are analyzed in detail.Finally,the improvement suggestions on the American flammability compliance of children’s pajamas made in China are put forward from the aspects of style design,flame-retardant treatment,and declaration.
