摘  要:为探讨纺制锦纶/氨纶包覆纱最优纺纱工艺,以氨纶长丝为芯纱,外包锦纶长丝,在意大利曼尼加图1500系列包覆机上纺制锦纶/氨纶单包覆纱。在纺制包覆纱的过程中进行了正交试验设计,对包覆纱的线密度、强伸性能以及沸水收缩率进行了试验分析。试验分析得到包覆度、氨纶预牵伸倍数、包覆形式及芯丝纤度对成纱性能(弹力、伸长和沸水收缩率)的影响,最终得到氨纶包覆纱的最佳生产工艺为40 D、2.5倍牵伸及包覆度600 r/m。To explore the optimal spinning process for nylon/spandex covered yarn,using spandex filament as the core yarn and wrapped with nylon filament,nylon/spandex single covered yarn is spun on the Italian Manigat 1500 series covering machine.During the spinning process,an orthogonal experimental design is conducted,and the linear density,strength and elongation properties,as well as the boiling water shrinkage rate of the covered yarn are experimentally analyzed.The experimental analysis reveals the effects of covering degree,spandexpre-drawing multiple,covering form,and core fiber fineness on the yarn properties(elasticity,elongation,and boiling water shrinkage rate),and ultimately the optimal process for 40 D,2.5 times draw ratio,and a covering degree of 600 turns/m forspandex covered yarn is obtained.
