摘  要:为探讨PCL/PVA/CNTs复合纤维的制备以及性能,选用PCL作为复合纤维的基质材料,PVA和CNTs作为增强材料加入PCL纺丝溶液中,通过静电纺丝技术制备PCL/PVA/CNTs复合纤维。且对复合纤维的结构、热性能、力学性能、降解性能、电阻率和生物相容性(细胞毒性)进行了测试和分析。结果表明:PVA的加入能够为复合纤维提供显著的机械强度和亲水性能,CNTs的加入能够为复合纤维提供导电能力,同时还能小幅提升材料的亲水能力;在CNTs质量分数为1wt%时纤维的综合性能最佳,同时细胞毒性也符合安全标准。In order to explore the preparation and properties of PCL/PVA/CNTs composite fibers,PCL is chosen as the matrix material of the composite fibers,and PVA and CNTs are added as reinforcing materials into the PCL spinning solution,and PCL/PVA/CNTs composite fibers are prepared by electrostatic spinning technology.The structure,thermal properties,mechanical properties,degradation properties,electrical resistivity and biocompatibility(cytotoxicity)of the composite fibers are also tested and analyzed.The results show that the incorporation of PVA could provide significant mechanical strength and hydrophilicity for the composite fibers,and the incorporation of CNTs could provide electrical conductivity and degradation rate for the composite fibers,as well as a small enhancement of the hydrophilicity of the materials;The best overall performance of the fibers could be achieved at a content of CNTs of 1wt%,and the cytotoxicity results are also in accordance with the safety standards.
