摘 要:为了提高湿法纺丝中功能材料的添加量,通过浮选工艺制备出微纳米级六环石矿物质功能颗粒,再同聚氯乙烯粉体共混,运用湿法纺丝工艺制备出六环石/聚氯乙烯长丝。通过调整工艺参数,探究六环石矿物质功能颗粒的浮选时间对纺丝工艺的影响及纺丝热牵伸温度等工艺参数对长丝性能的影响,并对长丝的表面形貌、力学性能进行测试分析。结果表明:当球料比为6∶1,浮选时间为20 min时,制得的六环石颗粒平均粒径为267 nm,粒径小于1μm的颗粒占97.5%,在湿法纺丝过程其不会堵塞喷丝板;当纺丝热牵伸温度在47.3℃时,牵伸后长丝直径可达15μm。制得的六环石/聚氯乙烯长丝平均强力可达10.54 cN,平均伸长率可达6.89%,六环石颗粒添加量在50%以上。In order to increase the amount of functional materials added in wet spinning,micro nano level hexagonal mineral functional particles are prepared by flotation process,and then blended with polyvinyl chloride powder to prepare hexagonal stone/polyvinyl chloride filament using wet spinning process.By adjusting the process parameters,the influence of flotation time of hexagonal mineral functional particles on the spinning process and the influence of process parameters such as spinning thermal elongation temperature on the properties of the filament are explored,and the surface morphology and mechanical properties of the filament are tested and analyzed.The results show that when the ratio of ball to material was 6∶1 and the flotation time is 20 min,the average particle size of the obtained hexacyclic stone particles is 267 nm with 97.5%of particles smaller than 1μm,which would not block the spinneret during wet spinning.When the thermal elongation temperature is 47.3℃,the filament fineness can reach 15μm.The average strength and elongation of the obtained HCH/PVC filament can reach 10.54 cN and 6.89%,respectively,and the amount of hexagonal stone particles added is over 50%.
