摘　　要：为进一步丰富智能纺织品的品种,采用重组织和热致变色纱线与普通纱线结合,表组织利用浮长形成小花纹和热致变色纱线,里组织结合配色模纹采用普通涤纶纱线,形成了热致变色配色模纹小提花织物。结果表明:采用犬牙纹、格纹组织和浮长形成配色模纹重组织,实现了织物在加热条件下花纹图案变色、地组织不变色的特殊效果,形成一种新型的热致变色功能面料,可用于童装、定制服装等领域的产品开发。In order to further enrich the diversity of smart textiles,the combination of heavy texture and thermochromic yarn with ordinary yarn is adopted.The surface texture uses float length to form small pattern and thermochromic yarn,and the inner texture is combined with ordinary polyester yarn to form thermochromic color pattern small jacquard fabric.The results show that the color matching pattern is formed by hines,plaid and floss length,which realizes the special effect that the pattern changes color and the ground does not change color under the condition of heating.A new thermochromic functional fabric is formed,which can be used in the product development of children's wear and customized clothing.
