摘 要:为赋于纯棉类床上用品排湿、防螨功能,总结了床上用品的排湿、防螨研究现状,分析了采取纤维化学及物理改性、成品功能整理等达到床上用品排湿、防螨效果的方法,且基于床品织物的构造结构改变研发了多腔体式结构棉被。采用在棉被上开设排湿腔和防螨腔,并置入排湿包和防螨包的方式开发了排湿防螨棉被,分别测试了棉被的含水率、驱避率和保温性。测试结果表明,与普通结构棉被相比,同等环境下多腔体式结构棉被的棉花含水率降低,螨虫驱避率增大,棉被保温率略有增大。研发的棉被达到了国家防螨标准的要求,具有较好的防螨、排湿效果。In order to give pure cotton bedding the function of moisture and mite control,the research status of moisture and mite control of bedding is investigated.The methods of removing moisture and preventing mites in bedding by means of chemical and physical modification of fiber and functional finishing of finished product are analyzed.Based on changing the structure of bedding fabric,a multi-cavity structure quilt is developed to develop a wet and anti-mite quilt.A moist-removing and anti-mite quilt is developed by opening a moist-removing cavity and anti-mite cavity on the quilt,and inserting a moist-removing bag and anti-mite bag.The moisture content,repellent rate and insulation property of the quilt are tested respectively.The test results show that the cotton moisture content of multi-cavity structure quilt is lower than that of ordinary structure quilt under the same environment.The repelling rate of mites increases,and the insulation rate of quilt increases slightly.The developed quilt has reached the anti-mite effect required by the national standard.
