摘  要:模拟实际穿着过程中,人体对绒类服装施加的挤压、揉搓等作用而造成的掉毛过程,开发了测试绒类织物掉毛的新方法——转箱法。结合6种绒类织物的掉毛程度和消费者的投诉情况,采用控制变量法对影响绒类织物掉毛程度的测试参数进行了研究,并对该测试方法的普适性进行了验证。结果表明:最优测试参数为转箱转数280 r、试样尺寸30 cm×30 cm、橡胶球16个;该方法可操作性强,普适性强,不受样品深浅色和织物结构的限制,能够很好地模拟绒类织物在穿用过程中的掉毛情况,可用于绒类织物绒面掉毛程度的测试和评价;贴衬织物黏毛程度不低于4级,属于消费者可接受的等级。A new method for testing the shedding of fuzzy fabrics in actual wear,which simulates the shedding process caused by compression and rubbing from the human body,has been developed,called tumble test.Based on the shedding degree and consumer complaints for six types of fuzzy fabrics,a controlled variable method is used to study the testing parameters that affect the degree of shedding,and the universality of the testing method is verified.The results show that the optimal testing parameters are a rotation speed of 280 r,a sample size of 30 cm×30 cm,and 16 rubber balls;the method is highly operable and has strong universality,is not limited by the depth and color or the weaving structure of the sample,and can simulate the shedding situation of fuzzy fabrics in wear use well.It can be used for the testing and evaluation of the shedding degree of fuzzy fabrics.When the adhesive degree of the lining fabric is not less than grade 4,the shedding degree is within the acceptable range for consumers.
