摘  要:为进一步探究组织结构参数对织物阻燃特性的影响,选择平纹、2/1斜纹、2/2斜纹和3/1斜纹4种结构,设置3个密度梯度,研究结构参数对聚酰亚胺/羊毛混纺织物阻燃性能的影响。探究各结构参数与损毁长度、阴燃时间的关系。结果表明:混纺织物平均浮长减小、覆盖系数增大、单位面积质量增加或单位体积质量增大,损毁长度和阴燃时间减少。结合灰色关联分析,织物覆盖系数和织物厚度对提升阻燃性能起着关键作用。综合评判,2/1斜纹织物性能最佳。In order to further investigate the influence of fabric structure parameters on the flame retardant properties of fabrics,four structures are selected:1/1 plain weave,2/1 diagonal weave,2/2 diagonal weave,and 3/1 diagonal weave.Three density gradients are set to study the relationship between structural parameters and the flame retardant properties of polyimide/wool blended fabrics.The relationship between various structural parameters and damage length and smoldering time is explored,the results show that the average floating length of blended fabrics decreases,the coverage coefficient increases,the mass per unit area or volume increases,and the damage length and smoldering time decrease.Combining grey relational analysis,fabric coverage coefficient and fabric thickness play a key role in improving flame retardant performance.Overall evaluation shows that 2/1 diagonal has the best performance.
