涤纶中空短纤维用烘干机蒸汽系统的优化改进探讨

摘  要:为了降低涤纶中空纤维烘干工序中的能源消耗,采用两种热能利用方式:加热系统采用2.5、0.9 MPa两种热源;烘干机增加闪蒸系统,利用使用后的饱和水生产0.3 MPa低压蒸汽。就两种热能利用方式的经济效益和绿色发展效益进行计算、分析,对比两种方案的经济性和环保方面的效益差异。结果显示:烘干机增加闪蒸系统,每年可节省生产成本约122万元,降低碳排放量约1126 t,经济效益更好,更节能环保。In order to reduce energy consumption in the drying process of polyester hollow fiber,two types of thermal energy utilization methods are adopted:the heating system uses two types of heat sources,2.5 MPa and 0.9 MPa;2.Add a flash evaporation system to the dryer to produce 0.3 MPa low-pressure steam using saturated water after use.The economic and green development benefits of two thermal energy utilization methods are calculated,analyzed and compared.The results show that adding a flash evaporation system to the dryer can save about 1.22 million yuan in production costs and reduce carbon emissions by about 1126 tons per year,resulting in better economic benefits and greater energy conservation and environmental protection.
