构建中华民族共同体理论体系的着力点

摘　　要：中华民族共同体意识是各民族在长期交往交流交融中形成的,对中华民族高度认同的一种集体意识,是民族团结的精神纽带。构建科学完备的中华民族共同体理论体系,是铸牢中华民族共同体意识的必然要求。构建这一理论体系需遵循中华民族发展的历史逻辑,正确的中华民族历史观是构建中华民族共同体理论体系的基础。中国共产党自诞生以来在民族工作方面的历史进程表明,坚持党的全面领导是做好新时代民族工作的根本政治保证,加强中华民族共同体理论体系建设,需要系统梳理总结中国共产党的民族工作历史,深化对党的民族工作历史经验的认识。加强中华民族共同体建设需要关注并研究一系列重大现实问题,包括构筑中华民族共有精神家园、推动各民族共同迈向社会主义现代化、促进各民族交往交流交融以及提升民族事务治理现代化水平等。The sense of community of the Chinese nation is formed by all ethnic groups in long-term exchanges and integration.It is a collective consciousness that highly identifies the Chinese nation and is the spiritual bond of national unity.Building a scientific and complete theoretical system of the Chinese national community is an inevitable requirement for forging the consciousness of the Chinese national community and the main line of the Party’s national work in the new era.The article first emphasizes that the construction of this theoretical system needs to follow the historical logic of the development of Chinese nation,and believes that the correct historical view of the Chinese nation is the basis for building a theoretical system of Chinese national community.Secondly,the article reviews the historical process of the Communist Party of China in ethnic work since its birth,and emphasizes that adhering to the overall leadership of the Party is the fundamental political guarantee for doing a good job in national work in the new era,thus pointing out that strengthening the construction of the theoretical system of the Chinese national community needs to systematically sort out and summarizes the history of the Communist Party of China’s ethnic work.Deepen the understanding of the historical experience of the Party’s ethnic work.
