关于《吐蕃兵律》的学术史考察

摘　　要：《吐蕃兵律》是一份在阿里地区发现的珍贵文献,为研究吐蕃时期的军事制度提供了重要的史料。2014年,巴桑旺堆教授发表关于该文献的第一篇成果以来,逐渐引起学术界的广泛关注,产生了一系列研究成果。文章系统梳理国内外学者对《吐蕃兵律》的相关研究成果,尤其通过对《吐蕃兵律》现有研究成果的主要观点、特点、研究趋势等进行梳理,通过对《吐蕃兵律》与在敦煌发现的兵律文书之间的内在联系、文书自身所具备的文献特点,以及相关文献作比较,试图进一步明晰此文书的渊源及文书形成时期。另外,深入探究和挖掘兵律文书与吐蕃时期军事制度的关联性,研究其史料价值和历史意义,能够提供新的视角和思路。当下,对《吐蕃兵律》的研究,还停留在文本的注释、翻译及断代等方面,未能达到研究的深度和广度。应进一步拓展研究内容,深入探析《吐蕃兵律》所反映和体现的吐蕃军事制度的特点,探讨《吐蕃兵律》对吐蕃历史和文化的影响。The military law during the Tubo Dynasty unearthed in Ngari,Xizang,is a valuable document with important reference value for the study of military law in the ancient Tubo period.Since 2014,the research results based on this document have been emerging day by day.Its focus is not only on the translation and annotation of the document itself,but also on the extension of the time of the book in many fields.However,the study of an important document is never-ending.Therefore,based on the author‘s years of experience in the study of the literature of the military law,this paper briefly introduces the research status of the military law literature in the Tubo period,and summarizes the main points,characteristics and research progress of the current domestic research results of the military law in the Tubo Dynasty.At the same time,the basic contents such as the number of documents and lines of the military law documents were further confirmed.Finally,from the perspective of the need to standardize the feedback of transcripts,the need to use multidisciplinary research methods,and the need to explore and analyze the overall content of documents from the perspective of relevant materials,the purpose is to further study and explore its future development trend,as well as the research methodology of ancient Tubo military law documents.
