藏药九味“嘉日”丸的配伍机制与功效研究

摘　　要：经血症是不消的月经和黄水在“隆”的紊乱而形成的热性妇科转位病,经血症的治疗在藏医药经典文献中,强调了反压清泻药的应用。然而,藏医妇科临床和研究领域中注重平息药的应用,对于反压清泻药被认为是操作繁琐和高频不良反应的一种疗法,因此,其临床应用和基础研究依旧处于低迷阶段。文章考证了藏医药经典文献《四部医典》等对运用于治疗妇科经血症的反压清泻药九味“嘉日”丸的记载,分析其配伍机制。同时,应用TMIP Ronuszhurjes—1.2软件对西藏自治区那曲市索县藏医院名医脉泻疗法传承人旦松扎巴基于《四部医典》理论配制的藏药九味“嘉日”丸的味、性、化味的配伍进行了量化分析,解析出藏药九味“嘉日”丸包括甘、苦、涩、辛四味,甘、苦两化味,体现凉、重、钝、稀等四效能的配伍特点,阐释了其治疗“隆赤”混合性经血症方面的功效和作用机理。并且指出藏药九味“嘉日”丸不但是治疗“隆赤”混合性经血症的首选药,而且在治疗痛风、关节炎、愈疮等其他22种病症方面有很好的功效,在对应症的配方中可以作为引药使用。本研究为藏药九味“嘉日”丸等反压清泻药的传承应用奠定了一定理论基础。khrag tshabs is a febrile gynecologic transposition caused by the disturbance of menstruation and yellow water in the rise.The treatment of khrag tshabs emphasizes rtsa sbyong treatment in the classical Tibetan medicine books.However,the clinical and research fields of gynecology in Tibetan medicine pay attention to the application of pacification drugs,and rtsa sbyong treatment considered to be a therapy with complicated operation and high-frequency adverse reactions,so its clinical application and basic research are still in the downturn stage.In order to lay a theoretical foundation for inheriting the application of rtsa sbyong treatment drugs such as rgya ru pill,this paper first collates,analyzes,compares and summarizes the classical literature by focusing on rgya ru dgu sbyor pill,to find its origin of formulation.Secondly,TMIP Ronuszhurjes-1.2 software was used to conduct a quantitative analysis of the rgya ru dgu sbyor pills prepared by the famous old Tibetan doctor Tensrung Drakpa from Suo County,to explore its compatibility rule.Finally,in terms of efficacy,it was concluded that although rgya ru dgu sbyor pill is the first choice for the treatment of rlung-mkhris mixed khrag tshabs,the key to play its efficacy in the treatment of other 22 diseases such as gout,arthritis,and eczema is to increase the corresponding drug introduction mechanism based on rgya ru dgu sbyor Pill.
