摘 要:为考察禁食对锦鲫(Carassius auratus)最大代谢率(MMR)、低氧耐受能力以及热耐受能力的影响,将实验用锦鲫随机均分为禁食14 d的禁食组和同期正常摄食的对照组,测定它们的MMR、临界氧压(P_(crit))、失去平衡点(LOE)、临界高温(T_(C)^(max))、致死高温(T_(L)^(max))、临界低温(T_(C)^(min))和致死低温(T_(L)^(min)),并计算临界代谢率(CMR)。结果显示:与对照组相比,禁食组的MMR具有统计学意义上的提升(p<0.05);在低氧耐受实验中,禁食组与对照组的P_(crit)和LOE均无统计学意义上的差异,但禁食组的CMR与对照组相比有统计学意义上的下降(p<0.05);在热耐受实验中,与对照组相比,禁食组的T_(C)^(max)和T_(L)^(min)均有所下降而T_(C)^(min)和TminL均有所上升,且4个指标的组间差异均具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。上述结果提示锦鲫在经历短期禁食后MMR明显上升,耐低氧能力明显增强,但高、低温耐受能力均明显减弱。To investigate the effects of fasting on maximum metabolism,hypoxia tolerance and heat tolerance of goldfish(Carassius auratus),experimental goldfish were randomly divided into normal feeding control group and fasting group for 14 days.The maximum metabolic rate(MMR),critical oxygen pressure(P_(crit)),loss of equilibrium point(LOE),critical high temperature(T_(C)^(max)),lethal high temperature(T_(L)^(max)),critical low temperature(T_(C)^(min)),and lethal low temperature(T_(L)^(min))were measured,and the critical metabolic rate(CMR)was calculated.The results showed that:compared with the control group,the MMR of fasting group was significantly increased(p<0.05).In hypoxic tolerance,the difference of P_(crit) and LOE between treatment group and control group was not statistically significant,but the CMR of fasting group was significantly decreased compared with that of control group(p<0.05).In the heat tolerance experiment,compared with the control group,the T_(C)^(max) and T_(L)^(max) of the fasting group was decreased while the T_(C)^(min) and T_(L)^(min) of the fasting group was increased,and the differences of the four indices among the groups were statistically significant(p<0.05).These results indicated that the MMR and hypoxia tolerance of goldfish increased significantly after short-term fasting,while the high and low temperature tolerance of the species decreased significantly.
