斑马鱼雌性在繁殖期对雄性的视觉和嗅觉性偏好

摘  要:探究斑马鱼(Danio rerio)雌性在繁殖期的性别偏好性以及这种性别偏好是由视觉还是嗅觉主导。设置对照组(视觉及嗅觉信号刺激)、嗅觉组(嗅觉信号刺激)和视觉组(视觉信号刺激),在斑马鱼繁殖期(8:00—10:00),将受试雌鱼放入实验装置中间启动区,而刺激鱼分别放入两侧雌、雄性刺激鱼区,对受试雌鱼的行为进行10 min视频拍摄,分析并统计各项性别偏好指标。结果显示:1)在对照组、嗅觉组和视觉组中,受试雌鱼靠近雌、雄性刺激鱼区域的停留频次均无明显差异;2)在对照组、视觉组中,受试雌鱼靠近雄性刺激鱼区域的撞壁频次、停留时间与最长停留时间明显高于它们靠近雌性刺激鱼区域的这3个指标;3)嗅觉组受试雌鱼靠近雌、雄性刺激鱼区域的撞壁频次、停留时间与最长停留时间无明显差异。研究结果提示斑马鱼雌性在繁殖期时更偏好雄性,且该性别偏好主要是由视觉主导。To explore the sex preference of zebrafish(Danio rerio)females to their mates during reproduction,the control(visual and olfactory signals stimuli),olfactory(olfactory signals stimuli)and optical(visual signals stimuli)groups were set.During reproduction(8:00—10:00),female fish were placed in the onset zone individually,and stimulus fish were placed in the male and female stimulation zone respectively.The sexual preference of zebrafish was determined for 10 minutes after light stimuli.The results showed that:1)No significant difference of the frequency in the zone was found in females of each group.2)In the control and optical groups,frequency of striking,duration in the zone and maximum of duration of the female were all significantly higher when stimulated by the males.3)In olfactory group,no significant difference of the frequency of striking,duration in the zone and maximum of duration in the female was found between sexes.The results indicated that zebrafish female significantly prefered males during reproduction and likely through an optical-triggered pathway.
