摘　　要：过高的流通费用已经成为制约我国超大规模市场优势发挥和构建国内大循环的重要障碍。通过构建流通费用、生产成本和分工与专业化水平的理论模型,揭示流通费用制约国内大循环形成的理论机理。马克思在《资本论》第2卷深刻阐释的流通费用理论,指明了新时代降低流通费用的方向。一方面,以节约买卖时间和费用为核心降低纯粹流通费用。另一方面,以仓储体系建设和运输体系优化为核心降低生产性流通费用。研究表明,马克思流通费用理论在当代仍然具有重要的理论和实践指导价值,为新时代中国特色社会主义流通体系的构建提供基准和方向指引,为新时代中国特色社会主义流通主体发展壮大提供理论指导,为创建新时代中国特色社会主义流通理论贡献智慧。The excessively high circulation cost has become an important obstacle that restricts the develop-ment of China’s ultra-large scale market and the construction of domestic large circulation.By constructing the the-oretical model of circulation cost,production cost,division of labor and specialization level,the theoretical mecha-nism of circulation cost restricting the formation of domestic large circulation is revealed.The theory of circulation cost,which Marx explained in Volume 2 of Das Kapital,points out the direction of reducing circulation cost in the new era.First,the core of reducing pure circulation cost is to save trading time and cost.Second,the storage sys-tem construction and transportation system optimization are the key to reduce production circulation cost.The re-search shows that Marx’s theory of circulation cost still has important theoretical and practical guiding value for the construction and development of the socialist circulation system with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
