摘　　要：中国是茶叶的故乡,安化是中国著名的茶产地,也是万里茶道重要的茶源地。20世纪以来,学界围绕中国茶业发展变迁的研究成果众多。在安化茶业发展现状、发展变迁及影响,茶叶的种植、加工、运输及贸易,茶文化遗产保护利用等方面,也取得了丰硕的研究成果。但是,包括安化茶区在内的各茶源地茶业研究仍存在资料搜集和整理不系统、研究视角狭窄、茶业发展演变及茶业与区域社会关系探究不深、茶文化遗产保护利用研究不够等问题,需进一步深化和拓展。China is the hometown of tea.Anhua is a famous tea producing area in China and an important tea source for the Tea Road.Since the 20th century,many research achievements have been made on the development of Chinese tea industry including the status quo,changes and influences of Anhua tea industry,tea planting,processing,transportation and trade,and tea cultural heritage protection and utilization,etc..However,the research on the tea industry of different provenances including Anhua tea area still has some problems,such as unsystematic data collection and analysis,narrower research perspectives,insufficient study on the evolution of tea industry,the relationship between tea industry and regional society,and the protection and utilization of tea cultural heritage,which need to be further examined.
