摘　　要：近年来,东京的交通安全水平不断提升,交通安全状况国际领先。东京在交通安全管理中,关注交通弱势群体的交通安全问题,致力于打造安全舒适的道路,持续推动道路无障碍化改造;同时构建起系统的交通安全教育体系,根据各类宣教对象特点进行系统的宣传教育。东京以轨道交通为主导的区域交通规划理念也共同助力了东京出色的交通安全水平。东京从宏观规划、设施改善和安全教育三个角度共同发力,保障道路交通安全水平稳步提升。东京的先进经验对我国道路交通安全战略制定、道路设施改善、交通安全宣传教育等方面具有重要参考价值,有利于推动我国道路交通安全水平的提升。In recent years,the level of traffic safety in Tokyo has been continuously improved,and the traffic safety situation is leading in the world.In its traffic safety management,Tokyo pays attention to the traffic safety of vulnerable road users,is committed to building safe and comfortable roads,and continues to promote road barrier-free design;at the same time,a systematic traffic safety education system is constructed,and systematic publicity and education are carried out according to the characteristics of various education objects.Tokyo's railbased regional transport planning concepts have also contributed to Tokyo's excellent traffic safety level.Tokyo has made joint efforts from the three perspectives of macro planning,facility improvement and safety education to ensure the steady improvement of road traffic safety.Advanced experience in Tokyo is of great reference value for road traffic safety strategy formulation,facilities improvement,traffic safety publicity and education,and is conducive to promoting the improvement of road traffic safety levels in our country.
