摘  要:为了探索国际先进城市的交通安全治理经验,提升我国城市交通安全水平,以新加坡为例研究其城市治理经验。新加坡在交通安全管理中,通过战略规划、设施改善、人车监管、宣传教育多方面提升道路交通安全。其中设施改善的经验十分具有参考价值,在国家面积狭小的情况下,新加坡仍然为道路弱势群体提供了安全保护设施以及教育设施;在战略规划中通过陆路交通管理局和交通警察署的指导引领了新加坡的交通安全战略部署;在人车监管中,新加坡设立了严格的交通处罚;在安全宣传教育中,新加坡通过多方合作的方式开展了许多活动。新加坡人口密度远超过我国超大城市,其交通安全管理与改善经验能为我国大型城市交通安全治理提供了改善思路。In order to explore the experience of traffic safety management in internationally advanced cities and improve the level of urban traffic safety in China,Singapore is taken as an example to study its urban management experience.Singapore enhances its road traffic safety through strategic planning,facility improvement,pedestrian and vehicle supervision,and education in traffic safety management.The experience of improving facilities is of great reference value.Despite the small size of the country,Singapore still provides safety protection facilities and educational facilities for vulnerable groups;Led Singapore's traffic safety strategic deployment through the guidance of the Land Transport Authority and Traffic Police in strategic planning;Singapore has established strict traffic penalties in the regulation of people and vehicles;Singapore has carried out many activities in safety education through multi-party cooperation.Singapore's population density far exceeds that of China's mega cities,and its experience in traffic safety management and improvement can provide enlightenment for traffic safety governance in large cities in China.
