摘　　要：人民话语建构贯穿于中国共产党带领中国人民进行革命、建设和改革的各个历史时期,并在不同历史时期具有不同的论述特点,但其中的流变性并不是随意为之。在历史唯物主义视角下,不同历史时期,主导社会前进的主体性聚合特点各有差异。历史唯物主义化的科学人民话语建构,正是应该着眼不同历史时期的主体性聚合特点,给出关于人民的不同论述的话语实践。以此为视角来综合阐发中国共产党人民话语建构,是全面推进中华民族伟大复兴内在逻辑的必经理论环节,这有助于我们准确洞察早期西方人民话语建构的理论局限性,也有利于我们深刻理解中国共产党人民话语建构的历史科学性和时代适应性。The construction of the people’s discourse is a classic issue that has persisted throughout the various historical periods of the Communist Party of China(CPC)leading the Chinese people in revolution,construction,reform,and the new era of socialist construction.In different historical periods,the Party’s construction of the people’s discourse exhibits distinct characteristics of discourse,yet the fluidity within this is not arbitrary.From the perspective of historical materialism,the characteristics of subjective aggregation that dominate social progress vary in different historical periods.The scientific construction of the people’s discourse,grounded in historical materialism,should focus on the characteristics of subjective aggregation in different historical periods,providing discourse practices that offer different discussions on the people.Using this perspective to comprehensively elucidate the construction of the CPC’s people’s discourse is a necessary theoretical step for fully understanding the internal logic of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.This not only helps us accurately discern the profound historical scientificity of the CPC’s construction of the people’s discourse and the theoretical limitations of early Western constructions of the people’s discourse,but also assists us in comprehending the contemporary adaptability of the construction of the Chinese people’s discourse.
