沉浸式体验研究的困境与未来展望——基于CiteSpace的文献可视化分析

摘　　要：随着社会进入体验经济时代,提升消费者的体验感已成为各行业关注的核心问题,而沉浸式体验被视为增强消费者满意度与获得感的重要途径。基于此,本研究对我国沉浸式体验领域的研究现状进行了系统的可视化分析。研究以中国知网(CNKI)数据库中2004年至2023年间的1105篇相关文献为样本,利用CiteSpace可视化工具,对近20年来的研究热点与发展脉络进行了梳理与总结。研究结果表明,沉浸式体验的研究在时间维度上呈现出显著的阶段性特征,而在空间维度上,研究者与机构之间的合作关系相对松散。目前的研究热点主要集中在体验经济、心流体验及沉浸理论的实践应用等领域,研究前沿则聚焦于消费者行为、场景塑造和数字化创新发展。然而,我国沉浸式体验领域仍面临诸多挑战,包括研究深度和跨学科交叉性不足、研究视角相对狭窄以及研究方法较为单一等问题。未来的研究应加强跨领域融合,采用多样化的研究方法,深入挖掘理论内涵,拓宽研究视野,以推动沉浸式体验领域实现多维度、系统化的高质量发展。As society enters the era of experience economy,enhancing consumers’experience has become the core issue of concern in various industries,and immersive experience is regarded as an important way to enhance consumers’satisfaction and sense of gain.Based on this,this study conducted a systematic visual analysis of the current research status in the field of immersive experience in China.The study took 1,105 relevant literatures in the CNKI database from 2004 to 2023 as samples and used the CiteSpace visualization tool to sort out and summarize the research hotspots and development context in the past 20 years.The research results show that the research on immersive experience presents significant stage characteristics in the time dimension,and in the space dimension,the cooperation relationship between researchers and institutions is relatively loose.At present,the research hotspots mainly focus on the fields of experience economy,flow experience and the practical application of immersion theory,and the research frontier focuses on consumer behavior,scene shaping and digital innovation development.However,the field of immersive experience in China still faces many challenges,including insufficient research depth and interdisciplinary cross-cutting,relatively narrow research perspective and relatively single research method.Future research should strengthen cross-field integration,adopt diversified research methods,deeply explore the theoretical connotation and expand the research vision,so as to promote the multi-dimensional and systematic high-quality development of the field of immersive experience.
