摘  要:邢东矿区位于华北平原,地势平坦,生态环境保护呈现敏感性、层次性和多元性。为减少煤炭开采对环境的负面影响,通过详尽的地质勘探和科学规划,邢东矿采用多种采矿技术和生态保护措施,实现了矿区生态环境的有效保护和重构。详细介绍了地表生态保护与环境重构指标、井上下互融系统规划与立体设计、各采区的开采工艺设计及实施效果。通过创新矿山规划和技术应用,邢东矿在资源开发过程中注重生态环境保护,推动了绿色矿山建设和可持续发展模式的形成,取得了显著的社会和经济效益。Xingdong mining area is located on the North China Plain,with flat terrain and a sensitive,stratified,and diverse ecological environment.To reduce the negative impact of coal mining on the environment in Xingdong mining area,detailed geological exploration and scientific planning were conducted and a variety of mining technologies and ecological protection measures were adopted to effectively protect and reconstruct the ecological environment of the mining area.The indicators for surface ecological protection and environmental reconstruction,the integrated planning and three-dimensional design of the surface and underground systems,and the mining process design and implementation effects of each mining area were introduced in detail.Through innovative mine planning and technological applications,Xingdong Mine has focused on ecological and environmental protection during resource development,promoted the construction of green mines and the formation of sustainable development modes,and achieved significant social and economic benefits.
