摘  要:根据山西华晟荣煤矿有限公司3100工作面赋存条件,结合厚煤层分层矸石充填开采工艺特点,设计了一种四柱支撑掩护式矸石充填液压支架。根据实际生产条件,分别对直接顶载荷、基本顶载荷以及上分层充填体载荷进行了分析计算,得出支架支护强度应大于0.424 MPa,最终确定充填液压支架型号为ZC5000/19/34D,支架伸缩比为1.8。介绍了矸石充填液压支架结构组成和主要技术参数,并对夯实机构结构和功能以及后部刮板输送机吊挂机构进行了详细阐述,优化设计后的后部刮板输送机吊挂机构能够有效缩短后顶梁设计长度,提高后部支护强度6%以上,有效预防充填前顶板下沉。通过实际应用表明,矸石充填液压支架夯实机构可以覆盖后部采空区,通过推压密实保证充填体的密实度,能够有效支撑上覆岩层,达到控制顶板、减少地表下沉的效果。According to the conditions of 3100 working face in Shanxi Huashengrong Coal Mine Co.,Ltd.,combined with the characteristics of thick coal seam layer mining process with gangue backfill,a kind of four-pillar shield hydraulic support for gangue filling was designed.According to the actual production conditions,the loads of immediate roof,main roof,and upper layer filling body were analyzed and calculated,respectively,and it was obtained that the support strength of the support should be greater than 0.424 MPa,and the hydraulic support model for filling was determined to be ZC5000/19/34D finally,with an expansion ratio of 1.8.The structural composition and main technical parameters of the hydraulic support for gangue filling were introduced,and the structure and function of the compaction mechanism,as well as the hanging mechanism of the rear scraper conveyor,were elaborated in detail.The hanging mechanism of optimized rear scraper conveyor could effectively shorten the design length of the rear roof beam,increase the rear support strength by more than 6%,and effectively prevent the roof sinking before filling.The practical application results in coal mines showed that the compaction mechanism of hydraulic support for gangue filling could cover the rear goaf area,and ensure the compactness of the filling body by pushing and compacting,thus achieve the effects of supporting the overlying rock layers,controlling the roof,and reducing surface subsidence.
