摘  要:在遗煤复采过程中,工作面前方常存在与其推进方向交叉的空巷,为提高过空巷时辅运巷和回风巷围岩的安全稳定,实现煤炭的安全高效开采,在长壁放顶煤过空巷的开采基础上,结合SolidWorks、Rhino-Griddle、FLAC 3D软件,建立了液压支架支护、锚杆支护、锚杆+支架支护这3种不同的超前支护方式,对比分析了3种超前支护方式对围岩矿压及变形的影响,并给出了最优支护方式,同时探讨了过空巷时液压支架的承载特征。研究结果表明,邻近空巷时,液压支架支护方式能有效分担两帮压力和控制围岩变形,但在巷道顶部会出现开采扰动和空巷的应力叠加;锚杆支护方式通过破坏围岩的几何形态对两者的叠加效果进行了有效减弱,但围岩变形控制较差;锚杆+支架支护方式综合两者优势,支护效果最好。During the process of backfilling with residual coal,there are often empty roadways in front of the working face that intersect with its advancing direction.In order to improve the safety and stability of the surrounding rock of the auxiliary transport and return air roadways when passing through the empty roadways,and achieve efficient coal mining,three different advanced support methods including hydraulic support,anchor rod support,and anchor rod+support were established by combining with SOLIDWORKS,Rhino Griddle,and FLAC 3D software based on the longwall top-coal caving mining through goaf,the impact of the three advanced support methods on the rock pressure and deformation was compared and analyzed,and the optimal support method was given,and the bearing characteristics of the hydraulic support during passing through the empty roadways were explored.The results showed that when the working face was adjacent to empty roadway,the hydraulic support method could effectively share the pressure between the two sides and control the deformation of the surrounding rock,but there may be mining disturbances and stress superposition at the top of the roadway.The anchor rod support method effectively reduced the superposition effect of the two by destroying the geometric shape of the surrounding rock,but the deformation control of the surrounding rock was poor.The combination of anchor rod and bracket support method had the best support effect.
