摘 要:针对浅埋复合顶板邻空巷道围岩变形大等难题,以哈拉沟煤矿12201工作面为研究背景,引入无煤柱自成巷技术,从沿空掘巷与无煤柱自成巷条件下邻空侧巷道顶板破断结构的力学模型差异性分析2种留巷方式对巷道围岩传递机制及围岩变形规律的影响,研究浅埋复合顶板无煤柱自成巷切顶卸压控制巷道围岩变形作用机理,采用FLAC模拟了切顶角度、高度对12201工作面采动后和接续面12202工作面超前区域2个阶段留巷变形及围岩应力的影响,得出最合理的切顶优化参数,结合现场施工效果进行验证。研究结果表明,通过分析邻空巷道侧顶板切顶条件下“短臂梁”结构与未切顶条件下“砌体梁”结构载荷传递的差异性,得出影响侧向载荷传递的关键因素为切顶高度与角度;对切顶高度、角度采用数值模拟正交试验后得出巷道切顶角度10°、切顶高度8 m时围岩应力及变形量最小,结合现场切顶施工条件得出10°/8 m切顶参数留巷后稳定性最佳,为神东矿区浅埋、含煤复合顶板大变形巷道围岩控制技术提供了理论指导。In response to the large deformation problem of surrounding rocks of shallow-buried gob-side roadway with composite roof,taking the 12201 fully mechanized mining face of Halagou Coal Mine as the research background,the technology of self-formed roadway without coal pillar was introduced.The influences of two types of roadway retaining methods(gob-side entry driving and self-formed roadway without coal pillar)on the transmission mechanism and deformation law of the surrounding rock in the roadway were analyzed from the mechanical model differences of the roof fracture structure of the gob-side roadway under the conditions of the two types of roadway retaining methods,the mechanism of the surrounding rock deformation control in shallow-buried self-formed roadway with composite roof and no coal pillar through roof cutting and pressure relief was studied,and the effects of roof cutting angle and height on the deformation and surrounding rock stress of roadway retaining after mining of the 12201 working face and in the leading area of the 12202 working face were simulated by FLAC,the most reasonable cutting optimization parameters were determined and verified in combination with the on-site construction effect.The research results indicated that by analyzing the differences in load transmission between the short arm beam structure and the masonry beam structure under the condition of cutting the roof on the side of the empty roadway,the key factors affecting the lateral load transmission were the cutting height and angle.After using numerical simulation orthogonal experiments on the cutting height and angle,it was found that the rock stress and deformation of the surrounding rock were minimized when the cutting angle of the roadway was 10°and the cutting height was 8 m.Combined with the on-site cutting construction conditions,the stability of the 10°/8 m cutting parameters after leaving the roadway was the best,providing theoretical guidance for the control technology of the surrounding rock of shallow buried and co
