摘 要:为了提升矿井煤自燃智能化防控水平、降低矿井自燃事故的发生频率以及实现自燃指标数据智能分析和预警,研究了矿井煤自燃智能监测预警系统。介绍了矿井煤自燃监测预警系统的设计原则,详细阐述了矿井煤自燃监测预警系统的总体设计。该系统通过探究煤体温度和特征气体的关联性,选取了煤自燃预警指标,并根据历史数据分析和监测数据迭代确定煤自燃阶段,以供系统采取相应的应急措施。通过在煤矿的应用表明,该系统能够准确监测煤体温度和CO体积分数,当监测结果达到煤自燃预警指标,系统能够自动打开喷淋装置对测试煤体进行降温,具有较好的现场实用性。In order to improve the intelligent prevention and control level of coal spontaneous combustion,reduce the frequency of spontaneous combustion accidents in mine,and achieve intelligent analysis and early warning of spontaneous combustion index data,an intelligent monitoring and warning system for coal spontaneous combustion in mine was studied.The design principles of the coal spontaneous combustion monitoring and early warning system were introduced,and the overall design of the mine coal spontaneous combustion monitoring and early warning system was elaborated in detail.By exploring the correlation between coal temperature and characteristic gases,coal spontaneous combustion warning indicators were selected,and the coal spontaneous combustion stage was iteratively determined based on historical data analysis and monitoring data for the system to take corresponding emergency measures.The application results in coal mine showed that the system could accurately monitor the temperature of coal body and the volume fraction of CO,and also automatically turn on the spray device to cool down the tested coal body when the monitoring results reached the coal spontaneous combustion warning indictors.The system had good practicality in the field.
