摘 要:针对石头梅露天煤矿建设过程中存在的设计与施工分离现象,对生产计划优化、智能设计决策以及生产中随机事件的应对考虑不足,容易导致设计与施工脱节从而影响工程的整体质量和进度等问题,基于C/S+B/S架构构建了石头梅露天煤矿设计施工一体化协同管控平台,介绍了该平台的整体架构设计,详细阐述了该平台的功能、应用场景及关键技术。实际应用表明,该平台将智能测绘、工业物联网、云计算、大数据、智能装备等与露天采矿业务技术深度融合,构建了“穿爆采运排”智能化、无人化运行管控新模式,实现了露天煤矿快速精准作业,大幅提高了矿山作业效率。In response to the separation of design and construction process in Shitoumei Open-pit Coal Mine,insufficient consideration to the production plan optimization,intelligent design decision-making,and response to random events in production,and disconnection between design and construction affecting the overall quality and progress of the project,a design-construction integrated and collaborative control platform was constructed for Shitoumei Open-pit Coal Mine based on the C/S+B/S architecture.The overall architecture design of the platform was introduced,the functions,application scenarios,and key technologies of the platform were elaborated in detail.Practical application had shown that the platform deeply integrated intelligent surveying and mapping,industrial Internet of Things,cloud computing,big data,intelligent equipment,and open-pit mining business technology,and constructed a new intelligent and unmanned operation and control mode with penetration,explosion,mining,transportation and discharge,achieving fast and accurate operation of open-pit coal mines and great improvement of mining operation efficiency.
