摘 要:酚类化合物在煤焦油中含量较高,是煤焦油较为重要的高附加值组分,介绍了煤焦油中酚类化合物的分析方法,认为传统色谱分析方法需进一步在色谱柱制备、检测准确性方面进行优化,而将全二维气相色谱技术运用在煤焦油酚类化合物的分析中具有较大的发展潜力,能够进一步提高煤焦油酚类化合物的鉴别广度和分析精度。详细阐述了化学分离法和物理分离法这2类粗酚提取方法的研究现状,提出未来提酚技术发展重点是发展低成本、高选择性萃取剂的制备及筛选技术,进一步解决萃取剂的低耗回收及循环效能等问题。最后探讨了煤焦油中酚类化合物萃取分离机理研究现状,未来可以借助更先进的分析表征仪器和多尺度模拟计算,进行复杂模型体系下的萃取机理研究,进一步优化萃取剂设计和萃取工艺。Phenolic compounds have a high content in coal tar and are important high value-added components of coal tar.Through introducing the analysis methods of phenolic compounds in coal tar,it was believed that the traditional chromatographic analysis methods still needed to be further optimized in terms of chromatographic column preparation and detection accuracy,and the application of full two-dimensional gas chromatography technology in the analysis of phenolic compounds in coal tar had great development potential,which could further improve the identification breadth and analysis accuracy of phenolic compounds in coal tar.The research status of crude phenol extraction methods of chemical separation and physical separation was elaborated in detail,and it was proposed that the future development of phenol extraction technology should focus on the preparation and screening technology with low cost and high selective extractants,further solving the problems of low-consumption recovery and recycling efficiency of extractants.The current research status of the extraction and separation mechanism of phenolic compounds in coal tar was discussed,and more advanced analytical characterization instruments and multi-scale simulation calculations could be used to study the extraction mechanism under complex model systems for the optimization of extractant design and extraction processes in the future.
