摘  要:以全国25个核心城市(直辖市、省会城市、自治区首府)为研究对象,运用Topsis-熵权法对其2011—2020年的韧性变化进行测度分析,对核心城市进行区域板块划分,通过自然间断点法对区域板块韧性空间异质格局进行研究,同时总结国外韧性城市建设措施,以期为我国完善韧性城市建设措施提供借鉴。结果显示:2011—2014年,我国核心城市韧性指数的均值大幅增长,2015—2020年,均值呈现下降的趋势,但各城市间的城市韧性差距相对稳定,其标准差在0.180上下波动;在四个时间截面中,核心城市韧性空间异质格局演变相对稳定,整体情况为:东部地区>中部地区>西部地区>东北地区;国外韧性城市建设措施细分,其韧性城市建设经验可为国内建设韧性城市提供一定借鉴。This study examines 25 core cities in China,including municipalities under the central government,provincial capitals,and autonomous region capitals.The research focuses on applying the Topsis-entropy weight method to measure and analyze changes in urban resilience from 2011 to 2020.Furthermore,the study categorizes the core cities into regional clusters and explores the spatially heterogeneous patterns of resilience by employing the natural breakpoint method.Moreover,it compiles a summary of international approaches to constructing resilient cities,with the aim of providing valuable references for enhancing the development of resilient cities in China.The findings demonstrate that there was a substantial increase in the average resilience index of China’s core cities from 2011 to 2014.However,it is observed that from 2015 to 2020,the average resilience index exhibited a downward trend.Nevertheless,the discrepancy in resilience among different cities remained relatively consistent,with a standard deviation fluctuating around 0.180.Throughout the four time periods,the evolution of spatially heterogeneous patterns of resilience in core cities remained relatively stable.The overall situation can be summarized as follows:The eastern region demonstrates the highest resilience,followed by the central region,the western region,and finally the northeastern region.By examining the specific measures implemented in the construction of resilient cities overseas,valuable experiences can be derived to provide certain reference for the development of resilient cities domestically.
