摘 要:设计了一种用于甘蔗苗生产的种芽自动切割装置。适用于甘蔗育种加工中的种芽切割工作平台,以解决甘蔗种芽切除效率低下的问题。该装置利用图像识别系统对甘蔗种芽的轮廓特征进行检测,并通过PLC可编程控制器分析计算识别出甘蔗种芽的位置。根据甘蔗组培苗的农艺要求对甘蔗种芽自动切割方法进行分析,确定切割刀具与传感器的安装位置以及切割刀具的工作时间。设置药液喷射系统,确定消毒液喷射到切割刀具的时机。该装置通过甘蔗种芽自动切割与药液喷射系统,提高生产效率,降低生产成本。An automatic seed bud cutting device for sugarcane seedling production was designed,which was suitable for seed bud cutting platform in sugarcane breeding and processing to solve the problem of low efficiency of sugarcane seed bud cutting.The device used image recognition system to detect the contour features of sugarcane seed bud,and used PLC to analyze and calculate the location of sugarcane seed bud.According to agronomic requirements of sugarcane tissue culture seedlings,the automatic cutting method of sugarcane seed buds was analyzed,and the positions of cutting tool and sensor and the working time of cutting tool were determined.Liquid injection system was set up to determine the timing of the disinfectant injection to the cutting tool.The device could improve the production efficiency and reduce the processing cost through automatic cutting of sugarcane seed bud and disinfectant injection system.
