平贝母畦面覆土机的设计与试验研究

摘  要:针对现有平贝母覆土机在土块较多情况下覆土质量不高的问题,对平贝母覆土机进行改进设计。利用离散元仿真软件(EDEM)对平贝母覆土机工作过程进行模拟,分析影响因素对碎土效果和覆土效果的影响。以行走速度、螺旋转速、土壤含水率、螺旋叶片直径和螺旋间距为试验因素,bonding键破碎比例和覆土合格率为实验指标进行单因素试验。仿真试验结果表明,螺旋间距为0、前进速度范围为0.15—0.4 m/s、土壤含水率范围为10%—15%、螺旋叶片直径范围为300-350 mm、螺旋转速范围为150—350 rpm时,试验效果较好。结合单因素实验结果,进行了4因素3水平正交组合试验。试验结果表明,当覆土机行走速度为0.359 m/s,螺旋转速为310 rpm,土壤含水率为14.82%,螺旋叶片直径为370 mm时,bonding键破碎比例为99.94%,覆土合格率为86.4%,覆土和碎土效果最好。最后进行田间试验验证,覆盖率为84.5%,碎土率为90.1%,与仿真分析结果基本一致,试验结果均满足平贝母覆土农艺生产要求。In view of the low quality of the existing flat fritillary soil covering machine under the condition of many soil clods,the improved design of the flat fritillary soil covering machine was carried out.Discrete element simulation software(EDEM) was used to simulate the working process of flat fritillaria mulcher,and the influence of influencing factors on the effect of soil breaking and mulching was analyzed.The single factor test was carried out with walking speed,spiral speed,soil moisture content,spiral blade diameter and spiral spacing as test factors,bonding bond breaking ratio and soil cover qualification rate as experimental indexes.The simulation results show that when spiral spacing is 0,advance speed is 0.15-0.4m/s,soil moisture content is 10-15%,spiral blade diameter is 300-350mm,and spiral speed is 150-350rpm,the experimental results are good.Combined with the results of single factor experiment,the orthogonal combination experiment of 4factors and 3 levels was carried out.The test results show that when the speed of the mulch is 0.359m/s,the spiral speed is 310rpm,the soil moisture content is 14.82%,and the diameter of the spiral blade is 370mm,the bonding bond breaking ratio is 99.94%,the qualified rate of the mulch is 86.4%,and the soil covering and crushing effect is the best.Finally,field experiments were carried out to verify that the coverage rate was 84.5% and the broken soil rate was 90.1%,which was basically consistent with the simulation results.The test results all met the requirements of the agricultural production of Fritillaria tillaria covering soil.
