摘 要:为了实现农业机械化赋能新质生产力的目标,探索了数控技术在农业机械自动化制造中的应用路径,提出基于逆向建模和蚁群算法的数控加工方案,并以马铃薯收获机叶轮零部件为试验对象,评估了传统加工方法和数控加工方法的应用效果。研究结果显示,数控加工技术下的叶轮零部件加工精度显著高于传统加工方式,有助于提升叶轮加工效率和产品品质。In order to achieve the goal of empowering new quality productivity with agricultural mechanization,application path of numerical control technology in agricultural machinery automation manufacture was explored,a numerical control machining scheme based on reverse modeling and ant colony algorithm was proposed,application effects of numerical control machining method were evaluated compared with that with traditional machining method using potato harvester impeller components as experimental objects.Results showed that the machining accuracy of impeller components by numerical control machining technology was significantly higher than that by traditional machining methods,which helped to improve the efficiency and product quality of impeller machining.
